The following Evening Menu is subject to change depending on the availability of local produce. We are always adding new and exciting dishes to our menus. You are also welcome to choose from the daily menu (listed below).

Prime Fillet Steak, served with roasted tomatoes, mushrooms and chips
Lambs Liver & Bacon, pan fried with onions served with creamed potato
Chicken Supreme with baby leeks, served on a bed of porcini risotto
Braised Beef, tender steak braised with juniper berries, button onions, Merlot & herbs

Light Lunch
Breaded "whole tail" Scampi chips and peas
Omlette (3 free range eggs) chips and salad
Jacket potato with filling of the day  
Spinach ravioli with parmesan shavings  
Chicken, bacon and pinenut salad, tossed with hot baby potatoes and olive oil  
Sandwiches : white or wholemeal (All served with crisps and a salad garnish)  
Cheese / Tuna Mayonnaise / Prawn / Gammon & Pickle / Chicken Caesar / Humous & Couscous
Main Courses  
Smoked Haddock and spring onion fishcakes with chips and mixed leaves  
Steak & Stilton Sandwich, seared fillet steak layered with stilton cheese and served between ciabbatta bread with chips & salad
Sausage & Mash, pork and herb sausages served with onion gravy on mustard mash  
Steak & "Guinness" Pie, tender pieces of steak & button mushrooms in a rich Guinness gravy topped with puff pastry
Classic Lasagne with salad, jacket potato or chips, served with a green salad  
Prime gammon steak with egg or fresh pineapple, served with chips and peas  
Chicken Curry, chicken pieces braised with spices, mango and coriander, served with boiled rice
Wild mushroom stroganoff  
Sauted mushroom laced with brandy, paprika and cream
